A Punjal merchant of somewhat shady reputation, Bhagran is known as the silk-tongue. He ostensibly sells rare herbs across the eastern lands. After the heroes rescued him from a hostile rival they entered his service as bodyguards during his journey to Jangir. Bhagran’s party consisted of a personal guard, Mashid, and his wagon driver Matma (both Shezar-Ki). His indiscretions have lead to conflicts along the way, but he likely got the worse of the deal as much of the danger along the road was as a result of the heroes.
The heroes and Bhagran parted ways after they crossed through the Jurha pass. He was last seen heading towards Urukan, holy city of the Shezar-Ki.
